Serge's trip to PiHRA monthly meeting

Today in the morning I went to the PiHRA meeting. PiHRA is Professionals in Human Resources Association. I went to District 14 meeting. It was pretty fun and the people were great and very friendly, but they didn't let me pass out the CBCJobs.com fliers...bummer...they let me do it at the NHRA...boo...

I got to talk with a lot of different HR folks...I think a lot of people were pretty interested in CBCJobs..(although i could be wrong and they were just being nice to me :0) ... by the end I ran out of business cards...the food was really good too ... it was at the Newport Beach Radisson...they had fried potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, OJ, coffee lots of fruit...all in all pretty good... but it was really hard to get up at 5:00AM, because I had to be there by around 7:00AM, but on the good side the traffic wasn't too bad though

...also...it's still hard for me to drive because of my poor eyesight... (i have a case of keratoconus on one of my eyes, if you don't know what that is, please google) during the night its especially hard, but bearable during the day...there isn't a day that goes by that i wish my eyesight was back like it used to be hopefully someday its restored...
